Our Packages
Along with a fabulous selection of local craft beer we offer a fully loaded bar with a range of... Traditional or fruity ciders on draught. A medley of spirits, various wines, fizz, cocktails and soft drinks. If you have any favourites we are happy to work with you to ensure your best loved tipples are available.
Our packages can be adjusted to suit your plans and we can use our own bars and equipment or those in place at the venue. If you just wanted a cider and ale bar for example we can work with this as well. Most importantly we are fully licensed and insured for each event and relevant paper can be provided on request.
Example Package 1
What you get:
- Complete bar hire including all sundries and equipment to run the bar for the duration of your event.
- Knowledgeable, happy uniformed staff.
- Application and Completion of a (TEN) licence Application if needed.
- All necessary paperwork sent to the correct authorities, to ensure we are abiding by all the rules and regulations at every event.
- A quote can also be given for ourselves providing arrival drinks and/or table wine for your event.
Example Package 2
Along with all the points on Package 1, we are able to offer different payment setups that will suit your own specific needs on the day. You can have:
- A full pay bar whereby all guests pay as they go for drinks.
- Some money can be put behind the bar by way of a gift, to allow guests to have a couple of drinks on you.
- Or alternatively you can give us your budget and we can work out a set menu and token package so guests have a specific number of drinks each.
We can then switch to a pay bar when tokens are used.
Example Package 3
If you have your gin, prosecco or cocktail bar in place for your event already, you may however like an addition to your day by way of a Real Ale and Cider Bar.
We include all setup, equipment and service in this package.
You will be able to offer your guests who enjoy Local real ale and ciders a mini beer festival in your special day.
This can stand alongside the rest of your setup or be incorporated into one already in place at the venue.
Example Package 4
We also run bars at folk festivals and various other events throughout the year.
They range from 250 people up to 8000, so if you have an event you feel we may be interested in being part of please get in touch.
